HILK Regional Logistics Park, which is located in the eastern industrial area of Kecskem\u00e9t City with County Rights, is the joint venture of DUT-IMMO Kft. and B\u00e1tori Ingatlankezel\u0151 Kft. The starting point was the industrial area of the housing factory, where the two companies have bought significant superstructures in the past 15 years. During the fruitful cooperation at the area, DUT-IMMO Kft. invested into the modernisation and expansion of warehouses and offices and the construction of new warehouses. B\u00e1tori Kft. also modernised its warehouse and renovated the industrial tracks. In addition, it has the necessary infrastructure for logistics activities. The two companies established H\u00edr\u00f6s Logisztikai K\u00f6zpont Kft. with a 50% share of ownership each, which serves to handle the logistics tasks of the region.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
