Regional logistics park

HILK Regional Logistics Park, which is located in the eastern industrial area of Kecskemét City with County Rights, is the joint venture of DUT-IMMO Kft. and Bátori Ingatlankezelő Kft. The starting point was the industrial area of the housing factory, where the two companies have bought significant superstructures in the past 15 years. During the fruitful cooperation at the area, DUT-IMMO Kft. invested into the modernisation and expansion of warehouses and offices and the construction of new warehouses. Bátori Kft. also modernised its warehouse and renovated the industrial tracks. In addition, it has the necessary infrastructure for logistics activities. The two companies established Hírös Logisztikai Központ Kft. with a 50% share of ownership each, which serves to handle the logistics tasks of the region.

The logistics park in Kecskemét offers unique railway services, with no other similar site in the city equipped with an industrial track. The goal is to reinforce the regional logistics sector and to improve warehousing services.

The designated area comprises contiguous properties and warehouse buildings, which together form the operational area of the Hírös Logistics Centre. Thanks to the site’s proximity to both road and rail, it offers ideal accessibility. The internal rail tracks have two proprietary locomotives, in order to ensure the proper movement of wagons. In addition, forklifts with various capacities are available on-site for loading purposes. The area of the park operates modern warehouses, a hydraulic gantry and a digital weighbridge, ensuring the efficient handling of goods.
